1. General Policy
At DIGITAL AGENCY, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, we have a structured refund policy as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
If the service has not yet commenced.
If we are unable to complete the project as per the agreed scope.
If a refund request is made within 03 (Three) days of payment and before any significant work has been done.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Completed projects or services already rendered.
Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
Digital marketing campaigns after execution has begun.
Website development once the design phase has been approved.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if a client cancels a service before completion. The refund amount will be based on the work completed up to that point.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a written request to Mail
Provide a valid reason for the refund.
Allow up to 03 business days for review and processing.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in the termination of services and legal action to recover outstanding payments.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
